Vietnam Japan AI Hackathon 2026: Agentic AI for Sustainable Goals
Under the theme “Agentic AI for Sustainable Goals” and the spirit of “AI for Goals, Builders for Growth,” this year’s edition is expected to bring together over 150 builders and more than 500 on-site attendees across two event days at Tokyo Innovation Base, the startup hub operated by the Tokyo Metropolitan Government. Students, engineers, researchers, companies and communities from both Vietnam and Japan will come together to discover how AI can turn meaningful goals into practical solutions:
Pitch Day (October 24): The top 16 teams from the idea round take the stage to present their Agentic AI solutions, sparking fresh perspectives on how AI can tackle sustainability challenges.
Build & Mentorship (October 25 to November 6): Teams bring their ideas to life with guidance from experienced mentors, turning pitches into working products.
Demo & Grand Finale (November 7): Eight finalist teams demo their products live, competing for prizes as well as media spotlight and introductions to investors.
