Payment Method: Payment is processed upon subscription to each plan (subscriptions are billed on each plan’s renewal date)
Service Delivery Timing: Available for use immediately after payment is completed
Cancellation / Refund Policy: Due to the nature of the service, refunds are generally not provided after the service has started.
However, if the service becomes unavailable due to a system malfunction or similar issue, we will discuss and respond on a case-by-case basis.
Cancellation and Plan Changes
Termination (Cancellation)
Cancellation is available at any time.
Cancellation requests are accepted via the user’s account page.
After cancellation is completed, service will be discontinued from the next renewal date onward.
Fees already paid for the current billing month are non-refundable due to the nature of the service.
Plan Changes
Plan changes can be made at any time and take effect immediately.
Charges will be adjusted based on the remaining days at the time of the change.
Calculation method: (Remaining days ratio) × (New plan fee − Current plan fee)
Upgrade to a higher plan: the difference will be charged.
Downgrade to a lower plan: the difference will be applied as a discount on the next invoice.
Billing adjustments are automatically processed on the next renewal date.
Service Area: Japan (access from overseas is possible; however, the service is provided under Japanese law)
