AI has incredible potential in the workplace, from automating workflows to improving the quality and productivity of everyday tasks. But to unlock that value, platforms must first earn users’ trust by keeping their data secure, private, and fully in their control.
That’s why we built Doraverse from day one with security at the center of everything.
At Doraverse, we believe that any platform using AI to help people do meaningful work must take full responsibility for how it handles that work behind the scenes. In this post, we walk you through how we’ve built a secure AI workspace for teams and businesses that prioritize compliance, control, and trust.
Workspace Isolation for Maximum Data Privacy
Doraverse is designed as a multi-tenant AI platform with strong workspace-level isolation. Each organization operates in its own secured environment, not just visually but also in how data is technically separated, stored, and processed.
All user data, from files, prompts, to outputs is logically separated from other organizations. Role-based permissions help teams control who can access and share content. This model is essential for teams handling confidential or regulated information.
Enterprise-Grade Data Storage Infrastructure
We built our data storage to meet the demands of compliance-heavy industries. All data is encrypted using 256-bit AES while at rest and 256-bit SSL/TLS while in transit. Doraverse uses trusted infrastructure partners, including AWS and Microsoft Azure, with virtual private networking and strict access controls.
Metadata, such as configuration settings or integration states, is encrypted just like content data. We take regular encrypted backups of system metadata for reliability, but never include user-generated content in snapshots. When users delete data, it is permanently and irreversibly removed from our systems.
Encryption That’s Always On
Security isn’t optional. That’s why encryption is active at every stage of our data handling:
Data in transit is protected using TLS 1.2+, stored data is encrypted using AES-256
In-memory processing happens in isolated, ephemeral containers
Even our internal teams cannot access user data without explicit permission and an audit trail. Our platform reflects a zero-trust philosophy and ensures that your workspace stays in your control.
We Don’t Use Your Content to Train AI
One of our core privacy principles is that your data should remain under your control. Content in your workspace, for example, your documents, conversations, or outputs, is not used to train our models.
However, as outlined in our privacy policy, we may use select service providers to help deliver certain features. These partners are contractually bound to comply with strict confidentiality and security obligations, and we do not sell or share your content for advertising or model training purposes.
If we ever consider using user data to improve the platform, we’ll only do so with your clear, prior consent.
Compliance With Enterprise Standards
We also follow GDPR principles, including how we obtain consent, allow data access, handle deletion requests, and limit processing to lawful bases. For global teams, Doraverse provides a strong foundation for meeting data privacy obligations. We’re here to support teams that take compliance seriously and need a secure foundation to build with AI.

You Control Data, Access, and Sharing
Doraverse puts users and admins in control. With our role-based access controls, teams can limit who uses which AI tools and what content they can see.
Third-party integrations are connected using OAuth with minimal required permissions, and users can revoke access at any time. We don’t store your passwords and never request broader access than needed.
Security Shapes Our Product Design
When we build a new feature, we ask: what’s the risk? Could this be misused? How do we prevent unintentional data exposure? That kind of thinking shapes our defaults and keeps our scope tight.
We embed security thinking into every product decision. New features go through code reviews, static analysis, and dependency scanning. Deployments follow secure CI/CD pipelines with human and automated review layers. And at the product layer, we’re building AI guardrails to help detect unsafe prompts, prevent prompt injection, and support policy-aligned usage.
What’s Next: Our Security Roadmap
We’re proud of what we’ve built, but security isn’t a finish line. It’s something we keep investing in.
Coming soon, we’ll be rolling out:
ISO/IEC 27001 certification to strengthen our information security management system (ISMS)
Full audit logging to track AI usage and file activity
Custom AI guardrails to flag or redact sensitive content
Usage policies and thresholds for larger teams and admins
These additions are meant to give you more transparency, more control, and more confidence as AI becomes part of your daily workflow.
Why Doraverse Is the Secure AI Workspace for Teams and Companies
Using AI at work shouldn’t mean crossing your fingers and hoping nothing goes wrong. You deserve a platform where security is the default, not a premium add-on or a buried setting.
Whether you’re a solo user, a startup or an enterprise, we know how important it is to protect your data. At Doraverse, we treat your work with the care it deserves. We give you clarity, options, and peace of mind—because we know that trust isn’t something we’re entitled to. It’s something we have to earn every day.
If you’re looking for an AI workspace that puts privacy, control, and compliance first, we’d love to show you what Doraverse can do.
